Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to me. I've worked for years in privacy-sensitive fields as a case manager, caregiver, and provider agency owner, and I bring that same care here.
What I collect: Only what's needed to serve you — name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Some services require additional information to confirm fit and complete the work; I'll let you know upfront if that applies.
Payments: Processed securely through Venmo, Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, or another secure provider as needed. I do not store card data — PCI compliance is handled by the payment processor.
How I use your data: Solely to fulfill orders, communicate with you, and improve my services. I never sell your information.
Children: I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Products are intended to be purchased by adults, though many are family-friendly for use by all ages.
Cookies: This site may use cookies for basic functionality and affiliate tracking. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

By using this site or purchasing from Alandra's Creations, you agree to the following:
Use of content: Designs, artwork, and content are for personal or specific permitted business use only. Please don't copy or resell my work unless the product description explicitly permits it (this generally applies only to certain digital artwork, templates, or other digital media — see Digital Products below).
Order cancellations: I may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances or supply issues. If that happens, you'll receive a full refund promptly.
Handmade and grown items: Natural variations are part of the charm. Each piece is unique.
Liability: I'm not liable for misuse, allergies, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
Pre-purchase questions: Please contact me with concerns before buying so I can help confirm a good fit. I'm happy to schedule a quick consultation call.
Sales tax: Prices exclude sales tax. Oregon has no sales tax; out-of-state tax is added only where required by law.
Accessibility: This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards. If you encounter a barrier, please email me and I'll assist.
Governing law: Oregon law governs. Let's resolve any issues kindly and informally first.
Product Categories & Specific Policies
1. In-Person Sales — Plants, Herbs, Art, Crafts & Homemade Goods (Local Oregon Only)
Available via coordinated pickup or occasional local delivery. Crafts, artwork, and homemade or home-grown items can be purchased alongside plants for in-person handoff.
Local delivery without extra mileage fees is available within: Roseburg, Sutherlin, Oakland, Rice Hill, Yoncalla, Cottage Grove, Creswell, Eugene, Springfield, Elkton, Reedsport, Lakeside, and Coos Bay. Areas outside this range may have additional mileage-based fees. See Bulk Plant Delivery Services Oregon for details, or schedule a consultation.
How it works: You'll inspect items in person at pickup or delivery and confirm condition before completing the sale. For bulk purchases, I'll send photos in advance so you can review before I drive out. Full payment is due at handoff.
Returns, refunds, and post-purchase support: All in-person sales are final once received in good condition, since you've had the chance to inspect everything at handover. That said, I genuinely want you to be satisfied. If a real issue surfaces that we both missed during inspection, please reach out — I'll consider fair adjustments (such as minor fixes, additional plants, or small price adjustments) on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Solution-focused conversations are always welcome.
2. Physical Crafts & Artwork (Shipped, USA Only)
Browse the Art Shop or my Etsy shop for available pieces.
Prices include shipping, handling, and packaging. No international shipping at this time.
Shipping: Items typically ship weekly via USPS. Custom orders usually take 3–4 weeks (sometimes longer for complex pieces).
Damage in transit:
Items over $20 (insured): Send photos and I'll provide the details you need to file a claim with the carrier for full reimbursement. I'll walk you through it. (USPS claims info)
Items under $20 (no insurance): Store credit issued, amount based on the extent of damage.
Non-damage returns: A 75% refund is possible within 2 weeks of delivery if returned unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping; insurance recommended.
Custom physical items: Non-returnable unless defective. To start a custom piece, schedule an art commission consultation.
3. Digital Product
Includes printable art, tutorials, patterns, AI art, bingo cards, activity sheets, business starter packs, and more. Browse the Digital Downloads Shop or the General Wellness Shop.
Delivery: Instant download upon purchase. Files are delivered via email link or direct download — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
License: Personal, Family, Community & Educational Use
Unless noted otherwise, digital products are licensed for personal, family, community, and educational non-commercial use. That includes:
Printing and using at home or with family
Use in small community groups (church activities, senior centers, book clubs, etc.)
Use by teachers in their own classrooms (handouts, activities, displays)
You may print multiple copies as reasonably needed for these uses.
Single-license items (labeled "one person, one business license") are licensed to you alone and may not be copied, shared, or transferred to another person or business. If you know someone who'd like the same product, please refer them to me directly rather than sharing the file. As a thank-you for referrals that lead to a sale, I'm happy to offer the referrer a discount on a future purchase or a small cash thank-you — just reach out and let me know.

Business & Agency Starter Packs
These include any digital product intended to help build a business or agency, such as the Provider Agency Founder Series (OAR 411-323). One license grants use for building and operating a single agency or business only.
You may use the materials to create and run your own agency.
You may not resell, share, give away, or transfer the pack or files to others who want to start a similar business. Each separate entity must purchase its own copy. Please refer interested parties to me — I can craft something tailored to their specific services, and pricing includes minor adjustments specific to their business. Updated versions are encouraged for the latest content. Schedule a consultation to discuss.
Exception: AI-Generated Images
AI-generated images explicitly marked as such in the listing are granted full commercial use rights. You may use them in your own commercial projects, products, or resale. Attribution is not required.
Refunds for Digital Products
Digital products are generally non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
In rare cases — a corrupted file, the wrong file sent, or a major discrepancy from the description — I may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) or store credit at my discretion after reviewing your explanation and proof of issue.
Full refunds are not available for change of mind, buyer error (e.g., wrong format purchased), or after the file has been downloaded.
Technical issues: If you can't access or open a file, contact me right away with proof of purchase. I'll resend or fix it promptly — this counts as resolution rather than a refund.
4. Services
Includes bookkeeping, article and blog writing, consulting, custom research, remote art lessons, provider agency founder support, and other online work. See the Services Store for current offerings, including:
Services are offered on a limited, case-by-case basis as my schedule allows.
Consultation: All services begin with an initial consultation — the first 15 minutes are free, then ongoing rates of $10–$60/hr depending on the specific need and prep involved. We'll discuss scope, timeline, and pricing.
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your spot. The balance is due upon delivery of the final work or agreed milestone.
Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions are included. Additional revisions are billed at my hourly rate.
Timeline: Estimated completion is agreed in writing before the deposit. Delays due to client feedback or life circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Refunds and cancellations:
If I'm unable to complete the work, you'll receive a full refund of any amount paid.
If you cancel after work has begun, you'll receive a refund of the balance minus time already invested (billed at my hourly rate).
No refund for completed and delivered work.
Ownership: Final deliverables are custom-created for you, and you receive full rights to use them for your intended purpose. I retain the right to showcase non-confidential portions in my portfolio/gallery, with your permission. Confidential client information is never shared.
Custom Orders
Available for physical, digital, and service items — paintings, jewelry, AI prints, patterns, bookkeeping setups, written content, and more.
