About Me

I have always had a profound passion for the world of art and the invaluable experience that comes with connecting with people from all walks of life. I vividly remember pondering what I truly wanted to do with my life, and it became increasingly clear that the concept of helping others, when combined with my love for artistic expression, were the two ideas that resonated with me most deeply.

Since that pivotal moment of realization, I took a significant step forward by participating in the establishment of a collaborative business alongside six truly incredible individuals. Our shared mission was to provide essential support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which included both in-home assistance and thoughtfully designed group support programs. Since our grand opening in 2016, our business has flourished and expanded in remarkable ways, now boasting two primary locations as well as additional community spaces throughout beautiful Lane County, Oregon.

In our unwavering commitment to fostering creativity and self-expression, we’ve successfully developed and implemented a variety of art programs that are specifically designed for the adults we support, enabling them to explore their unique artistic talents and engage in meaningful activities that enrich their lives. As this program has grown, I have taken on the role of facilitating and developing the art program alongside like-minded individuals, ensuring that the artwork created within our initiative is accessible to the greater community.

I’ve discovered during this journey that I have needed to expand my own skills and learn many new artistic techniques in order to facilitate this expansion and ensure that the clients I support have access to new and meaningful activities. In conjunction with this artistic growth, I have also expanded upon my in-person and online sales by hosting booths at local events, opening an Etsy Shop, selling on Facebook marketplace and participating in the monthly Eugene Art Walk. This way, I can continually bring back what I learn to enrich and inspire my community further and ultimately help the clients I support to reach for their hopes and dreams.

I’m creating my own website today in an effort to continue this goal and provide meaningful content and products to an even greater community of people.
