About Me

I’ve always been driven by a belief in the power of connection, creativity, and kindness to help people live more fulfilling lives. In 2015, I co-founded Allies, LLC in Lane County, Oregon—an organization that provides in-home and community-based support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We opened our doors in 2016, and over the years the organization has grown significantly, now serving the community from multiple locations and spaces. I’m proud of the solid foundation established in those early years and the lasting difference it continues to make.

During my time with Allies, I facilitated a variety of group activities focused on art, wellness, kindness, and personal growth. These sessions gave participants opportunities to explore creative expression, build confidence, practice self-care, and strengthen social connections in a supportive environment. I also supported the early development of the Art Connections Program by reviewing concepts and sharing ideas with the person who created it.

Over time, my role evolved, and I gradually reduced my hours to pursue new directions. Today, I’m channeling that experience into fresh endeavors. This personal website is a space to explore new interests, share resources, and connect with others in meaningful ways.
